The Return of Type

Happy 4th of July, everyone!

I am honored to mark today as my official return to the comforting world of write and type. I have audited through each past entry, and have felt true reflection and solemnity, now realizing the power of time. It most certainly does fly. My one year anniversary of "Excessively Intricate" is fast approaching.

The gentle force of quiet expression has lured me back to this blog. I frequently find myself in situations where a friend is not at hand or where I am forbidden to speak my mind. I have also come across instances where writing is the only cure. The great convenience of written composition (or typed composition for this matter) is that the only thing they hear are the muted dances of a pen on a paper stage or the hushed, rapid march of our fingertips against a keyboard. We can remain anonymous, unheard, unseen... a mystery.

The change for 2009 at my blog: the topics addressed will branch out further, not just from the depths of the human heart. Future things to be featured are video blogs and FOTW (fashion of the week) photos. Block after block of text can bore, and we all know we hate reading, so videos and photos should add to the variety.
